Start with the signs you observed
Review your description before comparing proposals. Explain the same rooms, observations and dates to each person. Differences in the problem described can produce differences in the proposed scope.
Understand what is planned
Ask what will be examined, how identification will be discussed and which access points are involved. Distinguish observations, proposed work and questions that still need clarification. A general title does not replace a written scope.
Clarify preparation
Ask what instructions you would receive before an intervention and how questions about access to the premises will be handled. Do not improvise preparations from an incomplete proposal; ask the professional you hire to explain the steps.
Keep the terms
Ask for the fees, inclusions, limits, follow-up conditions and agreed terms. Keep a copy of the proposal. Compare these elements together rather than just the displayed amount; clarify outstanding points before deciding.
